Some Komikon pics :)

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Last Saturday, after going to Quiapo church in the morning we attend the first ever KOMIKON 2005. It was a blast to see most of our friends again and meeting new ones too. Although it's a shame Fantasya and Blitzworx was not able to release their first issue, it was still fun just to be there.

I was also able to complete the Marvel Legends toys the Sentinel series.

Here are some phots we took during the event:

More to come...

That evening, we went to Eastwood City to participate in the World's Longest Buffet. It was quite a challenge to get the food you want, after our second return to the tables, there was no food and we have to wait til 9pm for them to replenish. We decided to go home. Actually we wanted to watch DOOM. but we missed our baby Kyle.

Quite a day for us on our Monthsary :)

Hanggang blogger ba naman meron spammers!

Anyway, cool to see everybody again! Next year, Bert, labas mo na in print ang Digmaan! Although, magiging problema yung mga rights ng characters.

I'm planning for the next year's even to release two or three issues of YSB. :D

It was great finally meeting you!

ED: Kung non-profit yung Digmaan, baka makalusot na mailabas siya in print.

Nice to finally meet everyone and hope we can all do this again next year!

Bagay talaga sa iyo ang book, I like the flashback pages, yung feel ng nostagic coloring mo dun. Light source lang ang tingin ko, well hindi naman pala, parang kulang lang sa tingkad yung iba, medyo gloomy ba talaga ang feel ng mga pages? Congrats pare ko!

Whoa! And I thought being sick with a flu would be a bummer, then all of sudden, while surfing the net, I ended up in this site.

Salutations from America, Mr. Monsanto. I am a huge fan of yours since I was a kid. It is nice to see you haven't lost your touch at all. Great layout, angles, and coloring.

Yikes, ang lalim ng tagalog ng mga ilang linya. I am guess I am getting rusty with my Tagalog.

Combatron, huh? Now we are cooking. (Shouts "Galactic Space Sword.") Anyway, how about a cameo of Cybernaut's niece, all grown-up?

In any case, please keep up the good work. Digmaan gets my two thumbs up d(^_^)b
