TROPA and RAMBOL available in Schools :)
By tomorrow, two new locations will be added where you can find Tropa and Rambol Komiks. Courtesy of POTATO ISLAND located inside San Lorenzo(school)in Laguna and on POTATO REPUBLIC inside Las Piñas College, so you can enjoy your French Fries, Ice cream and our komiks together :) We hope that soon, komiks and school can work hand in hand since during my High School years, our comics was usually got confiscated so we have to always hide them inside our backpacks. Comics are reading materials, pure and simple and should not be seen in any other way that what it is. To promote reading, we should not limit options. We should instead encourage whatever works, especially during this age of arcade games when more and more kids prefer watching and listening over a nice and peaceful reading. Comics IS an Ally. That is our promise.

hi. i've read na available na yung comics nyo sa laguna. SANA sa school din namin. sa university of perpetual help - djgtmu sa binan laguna magbenta din kayo. i'm having a hard time finding TROPA comics. i've been to NBS (national bookstore) festivall mall, pavillion mall, robinson's sta. rosa and sm sta. rosa but i haven't found one. available din po ba yung TROPA comics sa comic quest festival mall branch? do they sell it for the same price or may patong sila? thanks po.
Stef, baka next week pa kami malalagay sa Laguna Area. Tungkol naman sa TROPA sa Festival mall, pwede ka pumunta sa 4th, Comic Quest. May copies dun available. Anyway, sa NBS dun. nakalagay siya sa ibaba ng mga Graphic novels dun. Tingin ka lang sa baba at bulaga! Di nila kami nilagay kasama ng mga malalaking companies kasi di kami big time publishers yata. Pero mas mainam kung itanong mo sa saleslady, pag sinabi nila na wala na talaga. tatawagan namin sila.

sir, i already have the copy of TROPA #1! yehey!!!! naka kuha ako sa sm southmall. dun pala mas maganda bumili kasi marami silang stock dun and hindi pa bukas yung mga comics. sa NBS kasi sa festival mall, binubuksan nung mga tao. parang eng eng tas di naman bibilhin. anyway, enough of that. maganda po yung TROPA. and it's in glossy paper. sosyal! hehe. sana sabay nyo ilabas #2 ng TROPA and RAMBOL. sana gawan din kayo ng special section sa NBS festival. (as in yung lahat ng pinoy comics, pinoy manga (?) and graphic novels nasa isang portion lang ng store para naman ma highlight ang galing ng mga pilipino.) comic quest na lang kaya ko para mas sure? hehe. can't wait for issue #2.
