I found this image from another site. This is the very first costume of Captain Barbell. I am trying to do the closest look to this version, because I wanted to pay tribute to Mars Ravelo's original vision of the character. I am thinking that, if Spiderman's look never needed so much costume change and the original have always stayed. Why should I change Captain Barbell's costume too much?

Grabe, sa dami ng mga lumang komiks na nakuha ko, ni isang labas ng Captain Barbell wala ako nakuha.

Parang masmsadali makakuha ng comics from the 50's and 60's at least dun sa sources ko. Sa tingin ko may malaking cache ng Captain Barbell comics na lumutang lutang lang dyan somewhere. Sana mahanap natin eventually. :)
