Not the first comic book I had, but the first one I bought using my own money. This is what made me a fan of John Romita Jr.'s art.
This made me a solid Spidey fan as well. Seeing him tortured and all but seemed to keep his identity and sense of humor intact. The ultimate hero in my book.
This has them all as well, The Avengers, morlocks, spidey and even Doc Strange :)

Thats so funny I'm the biggest supporter of JRJR in the world!!!!!! I love his stuff with a passion and hope someday to draw as fast as he does with so much intensity!!!!!!
Plus thats a great first for anybody to get exposed to so many characters all at once you must have been blown away!!!

I was still blown away nonetheless. I assisted my Mom's godmother in her dental clinic so, I got an allowance. I was so happy to buy this one with my own money.
